  • About 2 and half years ago we were in the situation of having to place Mum into aged care and their were many considerations that had to be made. We made the choice to use HAAA to help us find an aged care home. We were so glad that we did as their knowledge and expertise helped us to refine our choices , we then visited homes asked questions which allowed us to make a selection. Amber was very helpful through out this experience and helped us negotiate on the additional special service fee and Centrelink paperwork.
    About 6 months ago our Aunty moved into a Age care home and we decided to move Mum so they would be together. Again I contacted Amber who again helped (no extra charge) with the organisation and we were placed on a waiting list that has now been fulfilled.
    I would highly recommend HAAA to anybody who is looking to reduce the stress There is a cost to use their knowledge and expertise but in our situation that cost has been reduced significantly with their negotiating skills on fees.
